Now selling on consignment, this just serviced (by me) pair of Joule-Electra Stargate mono block power amps. They have around 20W/ch (factory spec is 30W, but from what I see on my workbench its less than that). They are now in perfect working order. The power supplies have been fully re-capped, bias push-button switches replaced, several tubes replaced, new LCD meters, and more (over $1,500 of parts and labor). Price: $3,000 plus shipping. I have spent many hours running these amps, swapping around tubes to get them very stable and quiet, ensuring the 6C33's decently match, etc. The come with nice brass cones screwed into the bottom panel. Now for sale our MINT demo Rega Saturn MK3 CD player/DAC for $2,250 plus shipping. It is in perfect working order and complete with remote. factory box and full Rega warranty. We have had the player about 7 months (it was manufactured Feb 25. Rega has discontinued the Saturn (no replacement has been announced - I have been told that Rega will have new "digital" products introduced next year), but this is a fantastic sounding player with great soundstage and imaging. Price reduced to $850! This is a nice pair of used Bud Fried Tower speakers made by Salk Sound. Inspired by various Bud Fried (Fried Audio Products) speakers made years ago, these use similar drivers and crossover topology with more modern parts/engineering. Jim Salk designed a pair of solid cabinets with really nice wood veneers. This pair is about 10 years old and in very good condition. Retail new these were $3,000/pair, we have priced these at only $850 for the pair in order to promptly move them along to a new home.
